I'd call this Trump's biggest lie of the speech so far. It's not an exaggeration or an outdated stat or hyperbolic rhetoric - it's the president, joined by Texas's Republican attorney general, just making something up. https://t.co/7VwL5jAgUb
U.S. presidents sit at an apex of information. Thousands in government work to get to the truth, in war zones, in economic data, in science, and much more. But President Trump eschews all that - his primary briefings come from Fox News hosts in a fact-free echo chamber.
Live look at Interstate 90 this morning. I’ve responded to multiple slide off calls so far. Give yourself extra time for travel. It’s slick. #mtwx#BuckleUp#slowdown
Your Coast Guard leadership team & the American people stand in awe of your continued dedication to duty, resilience, & that of your families. I find it unacceptable that @USCG members must rely on food pantries & donations to get through day-to-day life. #uscg
Ended the show with this tonight-- count your blessings and hug your family. Thank you again to everyone for the support and prayers. @AmyBaier1 and I are very grateful-- #SpecialReport
Would Trump be President if voters knew about Stormy Daniels?
Probably.
Would Trump be President if voters knew he was trying to make hundreds of millions of dollars in a secret business deal with Putin?
Probably not.
Look, I want the wall, but it is pretty crazy when you think about it: Here we are Day 32 of a gov shutdown over something Trump did nothing about for 2 years, over something that Congressional Republicans really don't want, and over something he told us Mexico would pay for.
@mikejzimmer@ForTheWin Right. The argument of "judgement calls" not being reviewable is garbage, since the spot of a ball is every time a judgment call, and it can be challenged and the ball moved upon a detailed review.
@layng26 Agreed. You're not going to catch everything. Human element is part of this. But those guys want to get it right, too. Everyone wants to rip on them, and it's fair to an extent. But you've got to imagine they feel horrible this morning. They'd absolutely call a penalty on review
Former NFL QB Jon Kitna, now offensive coordinator for the San Diego Fleet in the Alliance of American Football, is expected to become the Cowboys’ QB coach, per a league source. Dallas’ current QB coach, Kellen Moore, is a leading candidate to become Cowboys’ OC, per sources.
If there was nothing wrong with the Republican nominee for President trying to make money on the side with the head of Russia, than why did he & everybody else repeatedly lie about it?
