@Grubhub_Care I ordered food 1.5 hours ago, it's been delayed 3 times, disappeared on its way here (??), I'm on driver #3, AND I can't cancel because there are "technical difficulties" according to customer service. A simple breakfast order turned into a 3 hour ordeal. Not cool.

@BandLab I'm using edu.bandlab with my students & suddenly entire classes can't save on an assignment. It gives error that it failed to save.
Other assignments in same class save.
Internet isn't the issue, & using the web version so no update possible.
Can you please help?

Seriously. Teams for Education is AWFUL and is responsible for 70% of my current stress as a teacher. Do better or get out and let Google Classroom take over. At least it works. 4/4

@MicrosoftTeams for education is the most frustrating educational platform I have ever used.
Why bother offering all the features of OneNote, PowerPoint, etc. When putting them through Teams to distribute to students breaks half of them? 1/4

- Similar issues if you try to distribute through assignments.
- You can copy the section individually to every notebook through OneNote if you are willing to take the time, but THEN...
- You have to MANUALLY find every page to grade b/c TEAMS doesn't recognize that section. 3/4

Also @IllinoisIDES: but also, you can't certify anymore, file a new claim, and it'll take a month, so now you've lost 4 weeks and you gotta get in our "call back line" so we can fix what we definitely didn't mess up. Thanks for your patience! :/

@IllinoisIDES: if it's been a year and your benefits are running out, don't worry, you'll automatically be transferred and it definitely won't be a pain or cause you to lose money. Just continue to certify as normal!
