But now after the goods are here the MOS is not issuing us the NOC for the same goods and thus causing us huge losses due to order cancellations, detention charges. @TajHotels I always admired the service levels and honesty of the Taj Group until my recent experience of utilizing the WOP vouchers. Why did you sell them if you didn’t intend to honor them? No availability for 8 months in the hotel of my choice? Really? I feel cheated.

@Cleartrip You do not need to check with the airline as I have paid the premium for freedom fare. So whether the airline gives refund or not, you must provide the refund as this extra premium was charged by Cleartrip and not the airline
