My PNR number is ***** for the flight from Leh to Delhi.
Due to the rescheduling of this flight, I faced significant inconvenience and incurred additional expenses. Despite multiple calls to your customer service, I was unable to get a satisfactory resolution.

Due to which I had to book ticket with another carrier which costed around 18k. I am now requesting the following
A full refund of my SpiceJet ticket amounting to INR 8,292.
Additional compensation for the fare difference, which is INR 9,849, as the new ticket cost me INR 18,141
