“Asim Munir is a mentally unstable person whose moral degradation has led to the complete collapse of the Constitution and the rule of law in Pakistan, leaving the fundamental human rights of every Pakistani unprotected.

My wife and I have been imprisoned on fabricated charges at his command, and we are being subjected to severe psychological torment. I have been completely isolated in a cell, placed in solitary confinement. For four weeks I was not permitted to see a single human being, and I was kept entirely cut off from the outside world. Even the basic necessities guaranteed under the jail manual have been denied to us.

Despite the orders of the High Court, first my meetings with my political colleagues were prohibited, and now even my meetings with my lawyers and family have been stopped. Any human rights charter will show that psychological torture is classified as 'torture', and it is regarded as even more severe than physical abuse.

My sister Noreen Niazi was dragged on the road simply because she demanded her rightful meeting with me. Only a man like Asim Munir could sanction such conduct. He has imprisoned Dr. Yasmin Rashid, an elderly cancer survivor, purely out of political vengeance. My wife, Bushra Begum, has been imprisoned only to exert pressure on me. Even her children are not allowed to meet her, and she has been deprived of all facilities. These examples reveal the character and mental disposition of this man.

Enduring solitary confinement is extremely painful, but I am bearing it only for the sake of my nation. Until the nation itself breaks the chains of slavery, the mafias imposed on Pakistan will continue to exploit it. The extension mafia, land mafia, sugar mafia, and mandate-thief mafia will keep this nation enslaved until the people themselves rise. Today you are their slaves; your future generations will be slaves to their generations. If you want to break this cycle, the nation must break the chains of enslavement itself and stand up for Haqeeqi Azadi (genuine freedom).

There is no place in my party for those who play on both sides of the wicket. Such people are the ‘Mir Sadiq’ and ‘Mir Jafar’ of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. The participation of PTI individuals in the NDU workshop is shameful. On one hand, we are enduring all kinds of hardships, and on the other hand, when our own people socialise with those who oppress us, it causes me deep pain.

I have always stated that drone attacks and military operations on our own people only fuels terrorism. Asim Munir’s policies are disastrous for this country. It is because of his policies that the scourge of terrorism has spiraled out of control, which deeply grieves me. He has no regard for the interests of his own nation. Whatever he is doing is merely to please the Western world. He deliberately ignited tensions with Afghanistan seeking to portray himself internationally as a ‘mujahid’ (warrior). He first threatened Afghans, then expelled refugees by force, and conducted drone strikes on them; the consequences of which came in the form of rising terrorism inside Pakistan. This man has sacrificed the country to terrorism for his own personal interests.

Sohail Afridi is commendable because he chose resistance over reconciliation during repressive times. My message to Sohail Afridi is to continue playing on the front foot. There is no law or constitution in this country. The law is invoked only against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf; everyone else remains exempt. Whatever Sohail Afridi is doing, he should continue. He has my full support.

As for those issuing threats of Governor’s Rule: impose it right away instead of waiting, and then see consequences for themselves!

I have been offered deals time and again, told either to leave the country or remain silent, and in return my cases would be withdrawn. Yet from the very first day, my position has been that I will only emerge from these cases through the courts, never as the result of any deal. This is why 300 fabricated cases have been filed against me. Any other person could not have withstood such persecution, but I know that I am innocent and that I stand on the side of truth.

Even the false Toshakhana case has now completely collapsed. Witnesses presented by the prosecution, Brigadier Ahmad and Colonel Rehan, themselves admitted that the Toshakhana gifts were not taken to my residence but deposited in the Toshakhana, and all documentation is complete.

Therefore, acquittal in this case should be granted in a single day, and in particular, bail for Bushra Begum should be approved, as she is a woman and is facing nothing but baseless allegations of aiding and abetment.

I am fully aware that the so-called courts under the 26th Amendment deliver dictated verdicts, not according to the law but according to Asim Law. The sequence has already been planned: first, conviction will be announced in the second Toshakhana case, and only then will bail in the Al-Qadir Trust case be approved. This is the script, and the judiciary is currently functioning not on the basis of law, but according to this script.

I am deeply grieved by the loss of lives of innocent children, women, and ordinary citizens due to the bombardment of Tirah Valley. For the past one year, I have repeatedly conveyed the message that no operations should be conducted in these areas, nor should innocent lives be wasted under the pretext of collateral damage, as this only fuels further terrorism. It is unfortunate that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has fallen into the establishment’s trap in this matter.

The example of our neighboring country, Afghanistan, is before everyone. During our tenure, Ashraf Ghani himself told us that military operations only increase terrorism because innocent people are killed. Earlier, Hamid Karzai had warned the Americans that whenever operations are carried out, innocent lives are lost, and 90 percent of those who join the Taliban do so in grief and anger.

We improved relations with Afghanistan during our tenure in government, which also brought peace to our tribal regions. However, upon assuming power, Asim Munir sought to disrupt this environment. He issued threatening statements against Afghanistan, forcefully expelled Afghan refugees who had been residing here for decades instead of treating them with dignity, and drone strikes were carried out there, which further damaged relations.

The objectives behind Asim Munir’s actions are clear:

To make the government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa unpopular.

To please anti-Taliban lobbies in the West and portray himself as waging a war against terrorism.

Although Asim Munir is traveling around the world, wisdom demands that he must first go to Afghanistan and hold dialogues with our brotherly Islamic neighbor with whom we share a 2,500-kilometer border. For peace in the tribal belt and the region, it is essential that four stakeholders: the Afghan government, the Pakistani government, and both the tribal and Afghan people sit together and resolve issues through dialogue, so that the path to peace may be opened and further loss averted.

اب توشہ خانہ کا جھوٹا کیس بھی مکمل طور پر زمین بوس ہو چکا ہے۔ پراسیکیوشن کی جانب سے پیش کیے گئے گواہان برگیڈیر احمد اور کرنل ریحان نے اقرار کیا ہے کہ توشہ خانہ کے تحفے میرے گھر نہیں گئے بلکہ توشہ خانہ میں جمع کروائے گئے اور ان کے کاغذات مکمل ہیں۔

اب اس مقدمے میں ایک دن میں بریت ہو جانی چاہیئے، خصوصی طور پر بشرٰی بیگم کی ضمانت تو ہو جانی چاہیئے کیونکہ وہ خاتون ہیں اور اس کیس میں ان پر aiding and abetting کا ہی جھوٹا الزام ہے۔

مجھے معلوم ہے کہ چھبیسویں ترمیم والی عدالتیں اوپر سے لکھے لکھائے فیصلے ہی سناتی ہیں جو قانون کے مطابق نہیں عاصم لأ کے مطابق ہوتے ہیں۔ ترتیب بھی یوں رکھی جائے گی کہ پہلے توشہ خانہ 2 میں سزا سنائی جائے گی پھر القادر میں ضمانت کا فیصلہ آئے گا۔ یہی سکرپٹ ہے اور عدلیہ فی الحال قانون کے بجائے سکرپٹ پر ہی چل رہی ہے”

“My message for Asim Munir is that, as believers in ‘La ilaha illallah, Muhammadur Rasulullah (There is no God but Allah and Mohammad [Peace Be Upon Him] is His messenger)’ we have pledged that, as long as we are alive, we will not bow down before the cruelty of Yazid or the tyranny of the Pharaoh, because bowing down to any being other than Allah is ‘shirk’ (associating partners with God). The psychological torture being inflicted on me and Bushra Begum in prison is being carried out by Asim Munir, and the sole purpose is to make us break down and submit.

The army did not choose General Yahya Khan to govern the country; rather, he used the army to establish a dictatorship, and unleashed a reign of oppression and tyranny upon the nation. In his greed to rule for ten years, he split our country apart. Today, Asim Munir is also doing the same: using the army to create an atmosphere of lawlessness and fascism in our country.

Asim Munir has left no stone unturned for the extension of his illegitimate rule for ten years. First, he strangled democracy. By staging the false flag of May 9th (2023) he attempted to crush the country’s largest political party. Then, on February 8th (2024), when people voted in large numbers for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to give the party a clean sweep, that election was shamelessly stolen. The people’s mandate was taken and handed to convicted criminals. After that, the judiciary was incapacitated and, through the 26th Amendment, judges were subjugated. The judiciary has been turned into nothing but a subordinate department of the government.

Thirdly, restrictions were placed on the freedom of the media. The notion of a free press in Pakistan has been eradicated. The tenuous hold of democracy that existed in Pakistan — consisting, to some degree, of an independent judiciary and a free media — has been terminated by Asim Munir. Democracy in the country is suspended, human rights violations are at their peak, the judiciary is subservient, and the media is intimidated.

Ever since Asim Munir took over as Army Chief, he has been attempting to sour relations with Afghanistan. Upon taking office, he first issued threats to Afghanistan, then expelled Afghan nationals who had lived here for three generations, followed by drone strikes there, making every effort to provoke them into fighting Pakistan, creating a climate of terrorism. He is doing this to portray himself as a “mujahid” (warrior) to lobbies in the West that oppose the current Afghan government, in order to convince them that he is the one who can fight the war against terrorism.

Because of this oppression, Pakistan’s economy is experiencing historically slow growth. Foreign investment is virtually zero. Never in Pakistan’s history has investment been as low as it is at this time. In three years the national debt has doubled. Every Pakistani is now trapped in a quagmire of debt. Until a government of the people is established, it will not be possible to solve the country's economic challenges.

The extent of moral decay in our country is unprecedented. Atrocities have been inflicted upon people here that are not even seen in wartime. Women have been dragged in the streets, children have been seized and harassed, and the sanctity of the elderly has been violated. Never before have any politician's non-political female relatives been treated as badly as my wife and other family members have been. When a state is handed over to thieves and plunderers, tales of whose corruption every child knows, morality is bound to be destroyed like this.”

“The leaked Commonwealth report about the elections of February 8th (2024) has once again revealed the brazen electoral fraud used to shamelessly steal our mandate. According to the Commonwealth, this report had already been officially submitted to the Government of Pakistan, yet individuals like Sikandar Sultan Raja, who are utterly devoid of conscience, played a central role not only in facilitating electoral theft but also in concealing it. The law in Pakistan prescribes severe punishment for election fraud: Article 6 of the Constitution applies. However, every law in our country is currently rendered meaningless, except the ‘Asim Law’.

Individuals like Liaquat Chattha are commendable who prioritized the voice of their conscience over jobs and titles. After this theft, a massacre was perpetrated, and the 26th Constitutional Amendment was imposed. The judges who spoke up against the amendment also deserve to be appreciated.

The time for accepting a government that originated from a rigged election as legitimate is over. That is why resignations from the Senate and parliamentary committees have been tendered.

My message to my party's parliamentarians is to neither fear the ‘Asim Law’ imposed upon the country, nor the prospect of imprisonment. A single individual seeks to crush you merely to satisfy his own lust for power. The more you fear them, the more they will suppress you. You are standing on the side of truth, and truth gives man courage. Victory belongs only to the truth.”

“My so-called trial in Adiala Jail is not being conducted by a judge but by an ISI Colonel, who takes instructions directly from the Army Chief, Asim Munir. This is a military trial, not a civilian one.
Everything in Pakistan today is being done under Asim Law, with the Constitution and legal framework in shreds. Over three hundred fabricated cases have been registered against me, all of which I am facing. I will emerge with justice from the courts without making any deal. Every form of oppression has been inflicted upon our party. My wife and I would be freed today if cases were decided on merit. All our human rights have been violated. We are deprived even of the basic facilities granted to ordinary prisoners. My books are withheld, and in eight months I was allowed to speak to my children only once. میں اپنی تمام پارٹی کو کہتا ہوں کہ آپ سب متحد رہیں ظلم کا نظام زیادہ دیر قائم نہیں رہے گا۔ آپ سب کے لیے لازم ہے کہ میری ٹویٹ کو ری ٹویٹ کریں تاکہ میرے پیغام پر اتحاد قائم رہے۔

“1971 میں جب سقوط ڈھاکہ کا افسوسناک سانحہ پیش آیا تب بھی ایک ڈکٹیٹر یحیٰی خان ملک پر مارشل لاء نافذ کر کے کرتا دھرتا بنا ہوا تھا۔ سانحہ مشرقی پاکستان کے بعد حمود الرحمان کمیشن بنا جس نے بتایا کہ یحیٰی خان نے اپنے ذاتی مفاد اور اپنے ناجائز اقتدار کو دس سال تک طول دینے کے لیے ایسے فیصلے کیے جس سے پاکستان دو ٹکڑے ہو گیا۔

حمودالرحمان کمیشن رپورٹ اعلیٰ عدلیہ سمیت آرمی، نیوی اور ائیر فورس کے نمائندوں کی تحقیقات کے بعد بنائی گئی- ان تحقیقات کے دوران سینکڑوں لوگوں کے بیانات ریکارڈ کروائے گئے اور 4 سال اس سانحے کی وجوہات پر تحقیقات کی گئیں۔

حمود الرحمان کمیشن کے مطابق ایک شخص کی ہوس اور انا نے ظلم و جبر کا وہ باب رقم کیا جس کے بعد ملک ہمیشہ کے لیے ٹوٹ گیا۔سب سے غلط فیصلہ شیخ مجیب الرحمان کی مقبول ترین جماعت عوامی لیگ کو دبانے کا تھا۔ جس پارٹی نے 162 میں سے 160 نشستیں جیتیں اسے دیوار سے لگا دیا گیا اور مجیب الرحمان کو جیل میں ڈال کر مغربی پاکستان میں اپنی نشستیں بڑھا کر دکھائی گئیں۔ 24 مارچ 1971 کو مجیب الرحمان کے ساتھ مذاکرات شروع کیے گئے مگر اسی رات بنگالیوں کے خلاف آپریشن لانچ کر دیا گیا جس میں سرکاری اعداد وشمار کے مطابق 50 ہزار افراد کا خون بہا جبکہ اصل تعداد اس سے کہیں زیادہ ہے۔

آج پاکستان میں وہی حالات بنا دئیے گئے ہیں جو 1971 میں تھے۔ عاصم منیر نے نو مئی کا فالس فلیگ ملک کی مقبول ترین پارٹی تحریک انصاف کو کچلنے کے لیے کروایا۔ دو راتوں میں تحریک انصاف سے منسلک دس ہزار سے زائد لوگوں کو گرفتار کیا گیا۔ یہ کیسے ممکن تھا کہ 10 ہزار لوگوں کو دو راتوں میں بغیر تحقیق گرفتار کر لیا جائے؟ اس کے بعد پارٹی کو کچلنے کا سلسلہ شروع ہوا- ملک کی سب سے بڑی جماعت کی تمام سیاسی سرگرمیوں پر پابندی لگا دی گئی، کوئی تحریک انصاف کا پرچم اٹھاتا تو اسے اٹھا لیا جاتا، ہمارے امیدواروں اور ان کی فیملیز کو اغوا کیا گیا۔ ہم سے ہمارا انتخابی نشان تک چھین لیا گیا مگر عوام نے 8 فروری کو باہر نکل کر اس سارے بیانیے کو زمین بوس کر دیا۔

8 فروری انقلاب کا دن تھا جب لوگوں نے ظلم کے نظام کے خلاف ووٹ دئیے اور تحریک انصاف کو 2 تہائی اکثریت دلوائی۔ کمشنر پنڈی نے جب ضمیر کی آواز پر لبیک کہتے ہوئے انتخابی دھاندلی کا پردہ چاک کیا اور پچاس پچاس ہزار ووٹوں کی دھاندلی کا اعتراف کیا تو دھاندلی کے جرم میں ملوث قوتوں نے ان کے ذہنی توازن بگڑنے کا بھونڈا بیانیہ بنا کر انہیں غائب کر دیا۔ ان کا آج تک کسی کو معلوم نہیں لیکن ہم انہیں بھولنے نہیں دیں گے۔

نو مئی کے اصل مجرم وہی ہیں جنھوں نے سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج چرائی۔ اب اسی نو مئی کو بہانہ بنا کر جو نشستیں ہمارے پاس بچی تھیں وہ نا جائز دس دس سال کی سزائیں دے کر ہم سے چھنیی جا رہی ہیں۔ بےشرمی کی انتہا یہ ہے کہ اعجاز چوہدری کی سیٹ چھین کر الیکشن ہارنے والے رانا ثنا اللہ کو دے دی گئی۔ یہ سب سزائیں بالکل ناجائز ہیں۔ دو دو چار چار کر کے بے شرمی سے ہماری نشستوں پر قبضہ کیا جا رہا ہے۔ اسی لیے ہم نے ضمنی انتخابات کا بائیکاٹ کیا ہے کیونکہ وہ پھر یہ نشستیں چوری کر لیں گے۔ اور اس الیکشن میں حصہ لینا ان جعلی سزاؤں کو ماننے کے مترادف ہو گا- میں قومی اسمبلی کی کمیٹیوں سے استعفی پیش کرنے اور تمام مراعات سے دستبردار ہونے پر سب کو خراج تحسین پیش کرتا ہوں اور ہدایت دیتا ہوں کہ اب سینٹ قائمہ کمیٹیوں سے بھی استعفی دے دئیے جائیں۔ میں کچھ دن تک اپنے آئندہ لائحہ عمل کا اعلان کروں گا”

"دنیا میں نظام حکومت کی بنیاد اخلاقیات پر ہوتی ہے جبکہ پاکستان کا اخلاقی نظام ہر سطح پر، مکمل تباہ کر دیا گیا ہے۔ جمہوریت کا حسن بھی اخلاقیات ہے لیکن عاصم لأ کے تحت موجودہ نظام میں اخلاقیات کی پستی کے تمام ریکارڈ ٹوٹ چکے ہیں۔

قرآن پاک میں بارہا امر بالمعروف و نہی عن المنکر کا حکم دیا گیا ہے۔ اس حکم کی پیروی کرتے ہوئے پوری قوم کا فرض بنتا ہے کہ حق کے ساتھ اور باطل کے خلاف ڈٹ جائیں۔

موجودہ نظام ظلم اور اخلاقی گراوٹ کی جس ڈگر پر چل نکلا ہے، اس کا خاتمہ یقیناً اسی نظام کی تباہی پر ہی ہو گا۔ قوم کو پیغام دینا چاہتا ہوں کہ گھبرانا نہیں ہے، فتح آپ کی ہی ہو گی۔

افغانستان نا صرف دیرینہ ساتھی ہے بلکہ برادر اسلامی ملک بھی ہے۔ ایسے میں پوری قوم اور بالخصوص خیبر پختونخوا حکومت کا فرض بنتا ہے کہ مشکل کی اس گھڑی میں افغانستان کے ساتھ اظہار یکجہتی کریں اور جس قدر ممکن ہو انہیں امداد فراہم کریں۔

علی امین کو ایک مرتبہ پھر سے ہدایت کرتا ہوں کہ خیبرپختونخوا میں اپنے ہی لوگوں کے خلاف جاری آپریشن کے خلاف کھڑے ہوں۔ اس آپریشن کو ہر حال میں رکنا چاہیے۔ تاریخ سے سبق سیکھیں۔ صرف بیرونی قوتوں کی خوشنودی کے لیے اپنے ہی لوگوں کے خلاف فوجی آپریشن سے حالات بہتر ہونے کے بجائے مزید بگڑیں گے۔

موجودہ سیلابی صورتحال میں ہمارے “بلین ٹری منصوبے” کی اہمیت و ضرورت کا ایک مرتبہ پھر بھرپور اندازہ ہو رہا ہے۔ تحریک انصاف نے میرے ویژن کی روشنی میں بلین ٹری سونامی کا آغاز کیا جس کو بورس جانسن، ورلڈ اکنامک فورم سمیت عالمی سطح پر شاندار پذیرائی ملی۔ خیبرپختونخواہ حکومت کو ہدایت کرتا ہوں کہ “ٹین بلین ٹری” مہم پر ازسرنو توجہ مرکوز کریں۔ سوشل میڈیا بھی اس ضمن میں آگہی مہم کا آغاز کرے تاکہ درخت موسمیاتی تبدیلی کے نتیجے میں ہونے والی تباہی کے خلاف ڈھال بن سکیں۔"

محسن نقوی اور نگران حکومت کے دور میں اربوں روپے کا گندم سکینڈل آیا اور موجودہ فارم 47 حکومت کے دور میں چینی کا میگا سکینڈل سامنے آیا، جن کی وجہ سے آٹا اور چینی عوام کی پہنچ سے دور ہو چکے ہیں۔
