@Rui_ALF_Chaves The bottom line is probably a question about working against self-interest. We don't always see it, but there are so many times that we for one reason or another intentionally make decisions that turn out to be the opposite of what we know they should be.
@Rui_ALF_Chaves But it's not just that. There are many other reasons people wouldn't follow the rules. Maybe they have reason to dislike the person who made the rules or they have trouble believing that the rules would actually make them happy. Or maybe they think they can make better rules.

I'm watching some friends spout stats and deeply discuss the strategy of the @StLouisBlues game, yet balk at being called nerdy. But if I deeply discuss @starwars suddenly I'm a nerd. What's the difference? They are both entertainment with the goal sucking millions from fans.
