@joerogan Complex debates benefit from nuance. Complex problems are solved by thoughtful evaluation of positions and being willing to change. Social media is very bad at that. Therefore, society that relies on social media for its public discourse is bad at debating and solving problems
@StephenKing Ignoring the personalities have you looked at what some of the demands are? Time to read bills, no ability of the speaker to adopt legislation by unanimous consent with debate etc…why are those things bad? What is bad in the demands?
@JMincone Bro, Blooper is a real person. You probably are just a bot account for the Philly Fanatic (which copied Blooper by the way via a complex web of time hopping).
@CollinRugg I think the interesting thing is going to be the employment rates for 20-25 year olds in the next few years. There has always been a gap between generations on work expectations. However COVID and all the protocols that went with it have exacerbated that.
@jamiedupree You can overthink this or you can say: he paid 44 billion for Twitter so…yeah he gets some perks including killing accounts that help people stalk him. If anyone else pays 44 billion for Twitter I bet they get this perk too.
@MikeBellATL maybe it takes someone quitting mid season to spur winning Falcon seasons in Atl…the last time someone slid out of town like a yellow bellied snake was Petrino…after that we entered the golden era of Falcons football (the mike smith era). @BFinn86@HometeamBleak
@EWErickson While these are pretty bland, I do think we need to start normalizing professionalism again. Specifically, not making videos about every single thing when you are a supposed professional…
@angel_leigh@GeraldoRivera That graph is roughly 140 years. If climate does evolve as you say at a different rate now than before…do you have a graph with that data too? Truly asking because 140 years seems like a small time comparable to billions of years.
@KeithOlbermann@elonmusk “Man I don’t like this I bet if the government takes over it will be good.” Now name one thing you believe the government does well right now. Just one.
