Just seeing this now, but the reason for the attempt usurpation is beyond apparent. See Case No 23-cv-02986-LKG, Judekenneth Maduka Orji v. Citadel Securities LLC, et al, pending in USDC MD. The case alleges that Citadel Securities LLC and the defendants listed https://t.co/WKwPAMPzBj, engaged in cybercrimes, hacking into Plaintiff's devices, stalking and monitoring him, and coordinating to defraud shareholders of every stock in his portfolio by manipulating those names. I am the reason why Ashford Hospitality Trust (AHT) with $1.5 BILLION of net assets is trading and controlled by the crime gang at $46 million. I am also the reason why you gave the crazy and shameless fraud going in in @GeniusGroupLtd_ with the full support of @NYSE insiders (they halted they stock in August for NO REASON when @rogerhamilton was going to buy 10 million in order to allow the crime family to find the shares and diminish the impact). Yesterday, I took a five week vacation from work to respond to the various motions the criminal entities filed in the lawsuit. They, for some reason, sold down GNS and AHT and NRDE back to their all-time lows. Today, as they started buying back, I lopped into Yahoo-Finance, made a few tweets and they stopped covering while monitoring me. Today, they closed GNS and AHT at $0.86. After hours, as I reopened my webpages, they immediately started manipulating and pairing GNS and AHT at $0.88. See the attached media showing AHT and GNS closing at $0.86 and bot dropped to $0.88 when I refreshed AH. The reason to take out @rogerhamilton is to prevent the filing of the lawsuit against them, as contained in the SEC Form 6-K of September 12, 2024.
