As we celebrate Holi, let us pledge to fight against racism and create a more inclusive world. Let's paint a world without racism and spread the colors of love and acceptance.
let us use this Holi as an opportunity to break down barriers and embrace diversity.
Building the era of unity in different colors is the new acceptance in our society.
With this great approach we want to spread the awareness and raise the toast to the people by not discriminating them on their color tone rather appreciating there strength equivalent to others.
"Discrimination is not done by villains, it's done by us"
Discrimination in the workplace happens when a person or a group of people is treated unfairly or unequally because of specific characteristics.
About three in five people have experienced age discrimination in the workplace. 49% of Black human resources professionals and 35% of Black workers feel that there is discrimination in their workplaces (almost four to five times more than their white colleagues).
Racism has an impact on those it targets specifically, but it also promotes systemic injustices that limit the opportunities and experiences of entire groups. It may lead to differences in a variety of areas, including access to justice, housing, healthcare, and jobs.
Racism must be challenged and addressed collectively through organizations give, action, and instruction. We must actively strive to build a more just and equitable society for all while working to destroy the institutions that support racism.
