One of the loneliest experiences in the world is trying to explain your feelings to someone who has already decided they're not interested in hearing them. You speak carefully. You try to be fair. You try not to accuse. But the whole time you can feel that the conversation ended before it even began.
when i feel unheard, i just stop speaking. it's not the healthiest trait but i rather reserve my energy for conversations with people who actively listen to me
I just want to point out....
The amount of money the United States has spent on war in the last 67 days, is roughly the same cost that Bernie Sanders proposed for universal college. So the real question is never can we afford it, it's what we choose to prioritize.
if abortion is ILLEGAL, men abandoning their pregnant partners should be ILLEGAL too. if women can't opt out of PREGNANCY, then men shouldn't be able to opt out of FATHERHOOD either!
They say women are emotional, but I’ve never seen anything more dramatic than a man being held accountable for his actions, suddenly showing defensiveness, anger, denial, and excuses stacked on excuses. He shifts blame, rewrites the story and calls it an attack, tears, rage, silent treatment, victimhood, anything but responsibility. Women are taught to regulate emotions early, while men are often taught to avoid accountability altogether. Being confronted isn’t abuse; it’s a mirror, and some men lose their minds when forced to look at themselves honestly. Accountability feels like oppression to someone who’s never been held responsible. That’s not strength, that’s immaturity exposed, and the drama tells the truth every time.
Ladies, I highly recommend having a clingy/ affectionate and lovey dovey man. Life is too short to be with a guy who act like it's painful to show that you love someone.
