A stray kitten came up to me and my dog last night (I’m surprised he wasn’t scared of her). I wanna keep him, but my dog freaks out when she sees cats and goes into overdrive. I don’t want him to get hurt so I’m letting him stay in my garage until I decide on what to do with him.

What exactly did you do? I have a husky and she gets excited over anything with a heartbeat (I’m not kidding lol). Shes not violent towards cats, but she’s super big over them and plays aggressively. It’s hard for me to get her to calm down. The cat isn’t really scared though. He came up to her but runs away once she starts to do too much.
