@Tobias6399 @Spideraxe30 It won't really hurt top. More base ad balances the reduced passive damage. It's basically a power neutral change. His passive has a better ad scaling anyways.This is to balance the Kraken and Bork buffs since he is a champ that directly benefited from those items

@coffeeguy12321 @RiotPhroxzon He isn't. There is a lot of counter play. DOT, cc, spacing. He loses all move speed once taking damage of any kind. The moment he uses E, he's insta-ko. People think he's so op, but only if you let him. Respect low hp, don't greed at low hp, and be patient
