I'm sorry what?! You guys really are enjoying the new video! Thank you so much!

[ShadowMech @ShadowMechYT]

New video soon...

[ShadowMech @ShadowMechYT]

@MarioJoos What do you consider strong retention on 3+ hour videos? Mine sit around 45–50%, which feels decent, but I've found almost nothing to benchmark against at that length.

[ShadowMech @ShadowMechYT]

@ArtsByKev Lol true. It had some auto-aim that helped.

I spent so much time with these games. Here's why each one made the list.

GoldenEye 007 is near and dear to my heart. My late uncle used to bring his N64 and his copy to family get-togethers just to play with me.

Halo 2 was my first experience with Xbox Live. I swear I faked being "sick" to skip school for weeks on end.

Morrowind blew me away with the sheer size and freedom of the game.

Resident Evil 2 was my first horror experience in gaming. I couldn't play it at night, and if I did, all the lights stayed on or I got my late little brother to sit in the room with me.

Final Fantasy 9 was my first Final Fantasy, and I was blown away by the storytelling.

Knights of the Old Republic was groundbreaking for its time. It was a deep RPG where your choices actually mattered and changed the story. I spent months replaying for the different outcomes.

Halo, of course, is the GOAT. It was just awesome! That Warthog run at the end, racing the countdown as the ship falls apart around you, still seared into my memory!

Pokémon Red is another one near and dear to me. My late little brother had Pokémon Blue, and we spent months trying to collect them all, trading with the link cable. To this day I still try to catch every new Pokémon, even though he's gone.

And Minecraft, well if you follow me, you know why.

@ArtsByKev Yeah, the controls don't hold up to todays standards, but its all we had back then. So it was smooth for us then.

[ShadowMech @ShadowMechYT]

@tiaaapet I do sometimes!

[ShadowMech @ShadowMechYT]

@TheRoboFluffy I love Halo 3 too. But the first 2 were more impactful for me.

[ShadowMech @ShadowMechYT]

@Lizzy_YTB I heard a lot of people got hurt with the good ol'wii sports lol

[ShadowMech @ShadowMechYT]

You ever stub your toe so bad that you pull a muscle in your shoulder... well I did. Don't ask me how because I have no clue how I managed to do it.

So you got any wild stories?

[ShadowMech @ShadowMechYT]

@aliyahh_29 😱 I have that one too! Took me about 3 months. I would have cried if I dropped it!

[ShadowMech @ShadowMechYT]

@samurai_si19715 It still baffles me lol

[ShadowMech @ShadowMechYT]

Okay, I might have noticed some of these a couple days ago. But I wanted to see some more! They are so cool!

Day 8 of drawing @ShadowMechYT till he likes my post. This is based on the recent purge scenario he was in.

I had a little taste of WoW about a year ago, with Sean and Robert. Seeing this coming out has me itching to jump back in. When it releases should I stream it on the 2nd Channel?

@Unsorted_Guy That's good to hear! I know it probably won't capture that initial feeling I got all them years ago, but I still want to play it.

[ShadowMech @ShadowMechYT]

Haven't played Halo: Campaign Evolved yet and I can't tell if it's great or a cash grab? The takes are so polarized they're kind of hard to get a good read.
Halo fans who've actually finished it: worth my time, or pass? I'd rather skip it than get burned again.
