As per a very credible source of int, there was a direct talk between Masood Azhar & Asim Munir after 7 May. Asim Munir assured Masood Azhar that we'll take revenge for the loss of your family members.
Asim Munir instructed the Army to launch UAVs & missile attacks on Indian civilians. The first full fledged attack was reported on 10 may on Jammu City Gen A.
Not only missiles, they sent UAVs too, on those UAVs names of Masood Azhar's family members were written. All such UAVs were shot down, wrackage has been sent to the concerned agency.
