@cora54638542690 Im a transmasc person so im usually going for a lot of protein so I keep a muscular look. More so depends on what you're going forrr but honestly 60 grams of protein should be the minimum(idealy more)
protein bars aren’t supposed to be filling they’re supposed to be compact and as palatable as possible so you can shove extra protein in easily ON TOP of normal meals
