@DrEliSheff @DrDonnaOriowo I agree. Overall, I think people are just far too biased.
But.. It's understandable. Many of us do have our own opinions and like to talk about them.
I find the most helpful exercise is to just reflect with those you care about. And focus on you.
See if you can remain non-biased
