i will say this, under the uk law 16 is the legal age of consent, so no its not still a minor as the majority of 16 year olds gets adult privilege, such as being able to drink alcohol with a meal and to add to that you also get a nation insurance number/social security number so they can apply for jobs and also earn money. so if 16 is a minor here then explain why they get majority of the privileges as an adult? your statement is void, research uk law more and lets see if you want to continue this argument shall we?
