Crimson Desert - How to Get the LEGENDARY Phoenix Pet (Easy Guide)

I made a guide for the♦️Abyssal Dragon Armor♦️in Crimson Desert!!

It's time for your dragon to fulfill his destiny as an unstoppable killing machine of awesomeness. 🔥

In the video I'll take you through each step on how to nab the quests and materials, then you can throw some epic armor onto your dragon ASAP so he can survive combat longer AND look WAY cooler ⬇️

- You get the armor blueprint after unlocking your dragon in Chapter 11
- Craft Small Kuku A.T.A.G. - Get quest/blueprint automatically after unlocking A.T.A.G. mech suit (Kuku Pot x1, Abyss Cell x1, Cogwheel x5, Small Battery x5)
- Retrieve Golden Star (You should have this after unlocking your dragon anyway
- Farm more robot mats (get plenty so you have enough left over
- Go to the Kilnden, craft the armor
- Teleport to Wings of Iron
- Bob's your uncle

This one took a while, but if you follow the video guide, you'll have your armor faster than you think.

Some players have expressed their frustrations over the♦️Horse Taming♦️mechanics in Crimson Desert (some have given up on trying), so I've thrown together a clip on how to do it correctly.

(XBOX Controller)

- Run or sneak behind a horse and climb on with X (square)
- Immediately move left analog stick in the direction that the horse's rear is facing and hold. Move the stick with the horse's rear until it's tamed
- Do not press any other buttons, not even the right analog stick as that will change the direction required to maintain taming because taming direction is based on the angle of your camera

You can do this with low stamina. I've done this on a legendary horse with no stamina upgrades very early in my playthrough. Just focus on holding the camera still, and your left stick facing the horse's rear and Bob's your uncle.

After literal WEEKS and over 40 HOURS of searching/researching in Crimson Desert, I've finally found the elusive
♦️RIDING CLOAK♦️!!

This cloak completes the Riding Attire, which you can obtain only by completing several horse racing quests/encounters in Hernand and Demeniss (including the official horse race against three opponents and champion on a track)

- Leather Riding Hat: +1 Horse EXP Gain
- Riding Attire: Reduces Horse Taming Difficulty (Whip ability
- Master Training Gloves: +1 Horse EXP Gain
- Riding Boots: +1 Horse EXP Gain
- Riding Cloak: +1 Horse EXP Gain

This cloak was REALLY hard to find. I spent weeks searching for it, gaining trust with nearly every merchant in the game and even wearing the crown of Demeniss everywhere I went, exploring every part of the map, and to no avail.

There's a good chance that the cloak was RECENTLY added in the patch by Pearl Abyss (where they added new items to specific merchants, the same update where you can now tame birds). It may not have existed IN-GAME prior to this (some YouTubers found it in test versions of the game but not officially).

Shout out to @DedicatedBeard for pointing this out to me!

After over 300 hours in Crimson Desert, I've finally built the♦️Merchant Hologram♦️(Kuku Transmission 999K Pack)!!

This has been a long time coming, and I'm glad to finally see this thing in action. The holographic merchant is useful to have when your inventory is full and you need to sell without sacrificing loot.

He also LOOKS awesome.
