@nikgeneburn please settle a very heated argument between me and my buddy: is this the stats of players killing bosses, or players being killed by bosses? I feel like wedge and kaban are too low on the list for "players killing bosses" but rarely kill players🤔
Not me doing a triple-take as i see @dropout studios on today's episode of The Rookie. And the joy of seeing everyone come out, and the imediate hatred of them as they play famous improv comics exactly as youd expect them to be. Well done across the board guys! @sam
@Trey24k the only arguable point about p2w on tarkov is the stash being upgraded and the start equipment. but theres plenty of people (pretty much every consistent player) who can get the money for the stash within days and the equipment difference is negligable at best. Nice farm tho
@Psychosmiley1@Adiofreak exactly. No matter how much time you put into it, you'll never be able to properly capture how a gun shoots in a game because theres too many variables. Most games that opt for "realism" use bloom because its a simple way to mimic it and push players to use them "realistically"
"but the dot is here so bullet should go here ;-;" congrats, you just learned red dots can be innacurate when combined with recoil, head movement, body movement, etc. you cant just expect it to be like CoD and run n' gun, you have to play it like battlefield.Thats what you bought
im fucking sick of how much of my TL is being taken up with #BF6 bloom bitchers. its a game based on realism and people have the audacity to go "no just give me accurate recoil😟" as if this isnt exactly how guns work in real life when full auto. no such thing as a perfect recoil
@BF6Meta It's exactly how it should be. Not even skilled people can full auto anything with a perfect recoil pattern, much less under battle conditions. this is a game based on "realism" and this is exactly how it is. its always better to single fire or burst fire, especially at distance
@StodehTV@DRUNKKZ3 1) if youre going to complain, at least make it as credible as possible. missing ~1 second scopes makes it look bad, even if true.
2) everyone bitches about snipers running everywhere, the game found a realistic way to curve it and yall still complain? Pick a lane
@velion@bstategames@nikgeneburn its weird. they say they put it back to normal tarkov but missed SEVERAL things. Somehideout builds went back to cheap, others stayed high. Prices went down but trader requirements stayed. Keep it HC or roll it back, pick a fucking lane dont just split the lane
people need to stop bitching about the shotgun in #BF6 It's not fucking OP! its only a 1 shot within like 10m max and only useful in CQ, AS ITS ENTENDED TO BE. Shot someone standing still 15m away and it did like 30 fucking damage. BF3s could cross-map and noone bitched. babies🤣
@nikgeneburn overall HC has been a fun and new experience. i wouldnt change much, but i would balance several things. And the fact that streamers and grinders are the main ones bitching means youre doing something right because youre keeping things balanced for all. This is all just IMO
@nikgeneburn Hardcore wipe and its effects (a small thread).
1) boss spawn rates. Increased rates is nice and does add a bit of feel to the maps and helps with kappa, but 100% is a shit idea and results in people grinding them early for XP and good shit. unbalanced.
@nikgeneburn 8) meds. I like the ability to put a cms/surv in the special slot, thats a good balance. as for the med use decrease, thats just a useless change? literally hasnt effected me in any way. Though add a buy for a CMS at lvl 1 (not a trade). theyre not common enough to rely on finds
@nikgeneburn 7) insurance changes. I think i understand the thought behind it, but this one is just shit. most the time good stuff gets nabbed anyways, i dont think its fair to punish those who hope for returns. it could be balanced to achieve the goal without fucking over everyone
@nikgeneburn 6) location locking/ forced transits. not the worst idea and i know that "traveling required" is an idea thats been spun around for years, but its a hard change. Theres enough hard "survive" tasks around that forcing players through 1-2 additional maps is just painful
@nikgeneburn 5) containers. Honestly a good change. Its a pain to lose ammo/meds, but its nice finding meds on players more often after fights and running into more players with staggered mags/ regular or mid-tier ammo because they dont want to lose ~200 rounds of great ammo
@nikgeneburn 4) traders. Not opposed to time-locked as it does help keep the playing field leveled early into the wipe, giving newer players a chance to keep up. Nor am i opposed to the price changes! though the money for lvling should be dropped to balance the lower selling prices
@nikgeneburn 3) hideout. While putting craft limits is a nice touch that fairly balances the game, increasing upgrade requirements is a HUGE hit to anyone who cant no-life the game. 24-hour players can find it in a day with dedication, 1/2-hour players can take weeks.
@nikgeneburn 2) flea. There'll never be a consensus on this. Some hate it, some love it. truthfully with the amount of content in the game, a flea market is NEEDED. Though i think it should be limited to food, attatchments, and items (with a purchase limit?) to balance it
