When ever you have a bad trading day, it's not a cause for alarm...
First of all, start thinking and not worrying....
Meditate a few times trying to find out the why.......

One of the traumas many get after blowing their account is that they spend their profits too early and then after having a losing trade, they go back to zero....

Note: Don't spend your trading profit immediately...

At some point when you start to make some progress, don't upgrade your lifesytle immediately, build your stance gradually.

Treat the forex maket as a business and not as a hobby because the day you start treating it as a business you'll start taking all due measure to protect your model and capital with discipline and with all diligence.
