[UPDATE 1] Today's thunderstorms bring a risk of isolated tornadoes and to a lesser extent large hail, especially farther east. Some storms may be accompanied with winds of >50mph. Atmospheric conditions are supportive of supercells.

Ight so, there was a tornado. It likely wasn't a big beefy wedge that needed a TOR-E to be issued, at most a PDS TOR would have been fine but at the end of the day, it doesn't matter. If the TOR-E helped someone take a warning seriously, fine (not saying to always issue TOR-Es)
