Model Teacher of the Month at the “exemplary” model school Shadydale ES, uses instruction time to show and expose students on Instagram jeopardizing student safety.

Piss poor! The worst district in Houston!

[Houston Education Association-TSTA/NEA @houston_tsta]

#HISD's NES campus enrollment is down almost 10%. These campuses lost a total of 6,996 students.

[ShadyhellES @ShadyhellES]

No wonder why “shady” in the school name, admin shady as hell🙄 #hisd #saveus #fmikemiles #fshadydale #shadyhell

[ShadyhellES @ShadyhellES]

⛳️UPDATE⛳️ A week before the first day of school, @HoustonISD has 558 teaching positions open. Yet, Sandi Massey is telling teachers to leave even before the start of the year if they “can’t do this”. 🙄 That kind of toxic talk is why there’s all these vacancies. @HoustonChron

[ShadyhellES @ShadyhellES]

GOOODDDDMORRRNNINGGGGG SHADDYYYHEEELLLLL new school year, same ole boring admin with 2 new additions. I just want to take a moment of silence for our soldiers we lost over the summer😔….as I predicted anyways. Happy Day 1🤪 #shadyhell #saveus #firstday #fmikemiles #day1 #hisd

BREAKING: The Kamala Harris campaign just released their first ad. Retweet to make sure every American knows who Kamala Harris is and what is at stake this November.

[ShadyhellES @ShadyhellES]

Sad, this don’t make no sense

[Houston Education Association-TSTA/NEA @houston_tsta]

It's lunch time for #HISD summer schools and this is what's being served. We can't make this stuff up.

[ShadyhellES @ShadyhellES]

Sounds like SHADYHELL to me! 💥 There’s no type of motivation just a principal that talks down to us like we’re kids. We lost some good people. #hisd #saveus #modelschool #fmikemiles #fshadydale

[Help A Teacher @HelpATeacher]

This! 🙌

[ShadyhellES @ShadyhellES]

Lastly the assistant principal, if you do or say anything she doesn’t like, oh please be ready because she will do petty and childish things to you and behind your back. Y’all know exactly who I’m talking about!

[ShadyhellES @ShadyhellES]

I had to bring this up because this was horrible, she came back to work limping and in pain and they still could give two fucks…this is a horrible horrible place. I really wish she would sue them! #hisd #fmikemiles #fshadydale #shadyhell #saveus #modelschool

[ShadyhellES @ShadyhellES]

During our long and terrifying lockdown, a teacher was locked in with 48 students with no support. While trying to keep students safe and retained she was ambushed by students and severely hurt. When she voiced her incidents admin told her they was “busy” #HISD

[ShadyhellES @ShadyhellES]

I really hate that I’ll be surrounded around these kiss ass, boot licking teachers🙄, pray for me!

[ShadyhellES @ShadyhellES]

Hopefully this year we don’t have to deal with the kids running out of class, all in the hallway and having a play room in the front office. #hisd #modelschool #fmikemiles #fshadyhell

[ShadyhellES @ShadyhellES]

This principal is about money and numbers, no culture, no community, no empathy… she does not care about your kids! #modelschool #saveus #fmikemiles #fshadydale #hisd

[ShadyhellES @ShadyhellES]

They got rid of the good counselor and kept the kiss ass one, this school year is going to be a long one!!🙄

[ShadyhellES @ShadyhellES]

We work at an NES campus where the principal doesn’t even come to the honor roll ceremonies, she sits in the hallways or hides in her office. We had about 6 honor roll ceremonies and she came to NONE! #hisd #shadyhell #fmikemiles #fshadydale

As of this morning, there are 1,500 teaching vacancies @HoustonISD. First day of school is 8/12. Not counting weekends, HISD will need to hire 75 teachers a day to be fully staffed. This is a direct consequence of the unprofessional, dismissive culture of new HISD. @HoustonChron

[Houston Education Association-TSTA/NEA @houston_tsta]

It's going to take EVERYBODY to use their voices to save #HISD
