Continued… it’s not at a neighbours either. Chatted with Customer Service: I said they must still be in their truck, contact them. They said they have NO way of contacting the delivery truck (seriously?) I asked if they take a photo- they said they do “if they have time”

I’m honestly getting annoyed with @canadapostcorp this is not the first time this has happened. I’ve already complained and submitted a ticket. Says it was delivered… it wasn’t. I was home at that time. No door bell, no note, not at the neighbours.
