@Oquals @NIRA_Ug Hello @Oquals and @NIRA_Ug, I am seeking assistance. I did my National ID Card renewal in June last year alongside some colleagues. I didn't receive any message that my application had been received. To-date, no message concerning my ID & can't track. I am in Wakiso. Any help?

Yesterday, we held very engaging consultative discussions with football academy operators about the upcoming changes in the Youth Football Sector.

@OfficialFUFA with the support of @FIFAcom TDS Programmes and the @GovUganda will also start the National Football Academy where the best players will be converging regularly to train and play competitions matches.

FUFA has today held an engagement with football academies Proprietors from across the country that was intended at helping them appreciate the direction FUFA is taking as well as improving and enriching FUFA’s ‘thinking’ and promote inclusiveness.
FUFA President Hon. @MosesMagogo expressed his gratitude to the participants for their passion and in most cases volunteering as key stakeholders on whom football greatly thrives as he responded to some of their questions and assured them of total FUFA support and commitment to continuously listen, engage and guide them through the registration process which is now a requirement under the laws of the country.
The meeting which was held at the FUFA Hotel in Kisaasi was also attended by FUFA Football development director Bashir Mutyaba, Uganda Youth Football Association Chairman Roberts Kiwanuka among other officials.

FUFA appoints academy experts panel
The panel will review applications, conduct onsite technical visits and provide a final report on compliant and successful applicants.

Deadline for academy registration is 13th February 2026.
