📢 Scan For Points Feature Alert: Scan Notification Reminders

We’ve added Scan Notification Reminders to the settings section of the Scan For Points app.

When enabled, you’ll be asked to grant background location permission. This allows the app to periodically check your location, even when it’s not open.

If you’re detected in an unscanned Hex, with nearby unscanned Hexes as well, you’ll receive a notification prompting you to scan.

To avoid spam, notifications are limited by a 12-hour cooldown after each alert.

Turn it on in Scan Settings and don’t miss a chance to scan when you’re in the right place.
