@OlaElectric I booked Roadside Assistance (Request #10472055) days ago—still no response, no update, no solution. Completely stranded. This is shockingly poor service. Tagging @IndianConsumer to highlight how Ola fails its customers. Still waiting, still disappointed.

Booked 'Roadside Assistance' with @OlaElectric 21 hours ago (Request #10472055). Apparently, Ola thinks ‘assistance’ means radio silence! If this is RSA, can’t imagine how ‘priority support’ works. Impressive in all the wrong ways.
