The Scripture says, “Until the time came to fulfill his dream, God tested Joseph’s character.” Before your dream comes to pass, God will test your character. You have to prove that you can handle what He’s entrusted you with.
God will be your vindicator. He knows how to take care of the opposition. He hears what they’re saying; He sees the disrespect. If you’ll stay in peace, He’ll fight your battles. When God does it, it will be better than you could have done it.
God is saying, “Meet me on the mountain.” If you’ll start believing again, He is going to give you back what you thought was done. What was broken, what you messed up, what you mishandled, God has another chance coming.
God doesn’t change His mind. He’s already decided to show you mercy. He’s already decided to heal those wounds and give you another chance. Don’t listen to the lies telling you that, “You’re washed up, you blew it, just sit on the sidelines.” Get back in the game.
Life has taught me that if you genuinely desire something, the universe will provide it to you 100% of the time.
The cosmos is giving and very kind.
I have NEVER not ONCE truly wanted something and didn’t get it.
Dreams don’t come true? You simply didn’t want it enough.
Deal with the issues God brings to light. Let Him develop you. Do the right thing when it’s hard, keep a good attitude when people are not treating you right, go the extra mile when nobody is watching.
If you could see what God has planned for you, the people you’re going to meet, the giants you’re going to defeat, the blessings that are going to catapult you forward, then you would go out each day excited about your future, expecting God to show out in your life.
Is there anything you’re dreaming about that’s out of your reach, that you can’t accomplish, that’s too big, too much, too hard? It’s time to awaken your faith. Dare to believe bigger, dare to ask, dare to dream.
Are there things you’ve given up on? You think it’s too late, too far gone, never going to work out. God is saying, “It’s still going to happen.” The dreams He’s placed in your heart, the desires He’s put in you, they’re already on the schedule. Now rise up.
If it had not been for the goodness of God, you wouldn’t be where you are. You could still be wounded; you could still be hurt. Yes, it was painful. It may not have been fair, but look at you now. You’re recovered, you’re healthy, you’re moving forward.
Sometimes we’re waiting for these big miracles, but there are miracles in the mundane. The fact that you’re alive is a miracle. You have people in your life to love; that’s a miracle. Don’t miss the moment because it looks common.
The enemy would love to deceive us into enduring life and not enjoying life. You have to learn this principle: there is joy in your journey. There are things in your life right now that you can enjoy if you’ll have the right perspective.
