Nizami Ganjavi was a 12th century Sufi poet whose works include the famous poem, Layla & Majnun. In this epic tale, Nizami invites the reader into a glimpse of the everlasting love often cited in Sufi poetry and literature, a story that serves as an allegory for divine love.
