@IndiGo6E A huge, heartfelt thank you to the incredible team of Vanshika, Clarissa , Aarti,, Vidhi , Prishita on my recent flight 6E1163 Indigo. I wasn't feeling well at all and had a severe back and leg ache during the journey, their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism completely turned things around.
Not only did they go out of their way to arrange three seats for me so I could lie down and rest, but they also checked in on me continuously to see how I was doing and offered medicines to help relieve my pain.
It’s rare to experience such genuine care and empathy, especially while up in the air. Thank you for turning a stressful moment into a comforting one. You are absolute lifesavers! ✈️❤️

@cathaypacific I have had the worst ticket booking experience , the website is so buggy ,,, The payment has been deducted and gone to @iatapay which they have confrimed , now Cathay has no idea and they agent keep telling me things which are not even related ,,

I had such high expectations with @emirates ek 508 but it was one of worst flights I ever had .. The cabin crew emirates so highly talks about doesn’t even care to offer water after a 1 hour delay . Asked for water multiple times (a diabetic) but nothing ..
