@amazonIN @OnePlus_IN What is this ridiculous service? I ordered a OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite. It was already delayed by a day. Now i get a defective one. The seal is broken, the pack is damaged, the phone was tilted and pushed down, the box is torn.

Then the delivery agent arrives with two boxes on 16 Dec but ONLY GIVES ONE. Despite the fact that the ticket was already raised. Now again today it says "delivery attempt failed" what attempt? No one has tried delivery here. I want this item delivered today. This is pathetic.

@myntra Ridiculous service!! I ordered two pairs of suede shoes in sizes 8 and 9 on 8dec. Then I receive this small pack with FLOATERS and that too just ONE PAIR. I exchanged both...I spoke to your customer care agents TWICE and u said it will be resolved by 14dec.
