I dislike the v. idea of monarchy & being a "subject", even if cosmetic. But experience shows that, just as w/religion, when you remove kings, you tend to get something vastly worse (nature abhores a vacuum).

@Lawwwen @Lawwwen I moved back to Suli after 20 years in Norway and have a job platform startup here so have been exposed a lot to how the job market works here. Very common to not give feedback to applicants, so companies can improve a lot on that end. However the issue multifaceted

@Lawwwen However I can very much understand companies not feeling like they want to spend their times on that. For a developer job I got many many applications from people with 0 relevant education or experience. It’s just too tiresome as it is now. Something my startup wants to fix!

@Lawwwen There are way to many non relevant applicants for each job you post out there making most applicants not really worth the time to reply since they did not take the time to read what the job requirement is. I hired three people and let everyone else know they did not make it.
