Extremely painful for kids - how come these construction vehicles are allowed day in and day out; is n't there a restriction on HMV movement during daytime??

@wftrps Who will show the Gunjur area? Gunjur lake area there is still heavy vehicle traffic blocking the whole road. School buses are stuck for over 2 hours in that 2kms stretch. Clear that too, URGENTLY!!!
