@airindiain @Mrinzy @airindiain payment was deducted from my account but ticket wasn't booked and showed an error message. I tried connecting to the customer care service but call is getting dropped again and again. Please advise.

@airindiain I was trying to book a ticket from Frankfurt to New Delhi on 24th July. The payment was deducted from my account but I got the error message and no confirmation of booking so far?
