Why is it such a bad thing to make people take classes to be licensed to carry a deadly weapon? Make it like getting a DL! I had to learn the laws of the road before they let me get behind the wheel of a Toyota Camry that was NOT made for the express purpose of killing someone!

If you do not know the LAWS regarding when to shoot or not, you don’t need a gun in public (or in private!)!!!! I know plenty of people who ARE licensed who think they can use deadly force and times where it wouldn’t be legal at all.

Does anyone know medical interpreters in TX who are fluent in Korea? My father hasn't been able to get a pysch eval for his cognitive issues for a year bc they have to have a licensed med interpreter within TX and no one else can translate. There isn't a single one within SEFLA.
