If @NCCwomensWR wins the @NCAA title next weekend in Iowa, would that complete the greatest college wrestling season in the history of the sport?!
To start the season, they lost to #2 McKendree (18-24) and #3 GVSU (21-23), each team wrestling with 7 of their eventual NQs.
At the @nwcawrestling National Duals, NCC upends #1 Iowa (23-21) in the semis and then #2 McKendree (21-18) in the finals to win the in-season dual team title. In each dual their opponent wrestled 8 of 10 NQs, while NCC sent out 7 of 10.
The week after, NCC goes on the road to beat #1 Life (28-13), the @NAIA NWCA National Dual champs. Life sending out 6 of their ranked wrestlers at the time.
Two weeks after that, they beat #8 Wartburg (37-8), the @NCAADIII NWCA National Dual champs at home with each team wrestling 7 eventual NQs.
Other notable dual wins: #18 Tiffin, #14 West Liberty, #8 Emmanuel and #10 Aurora.
NCC wins the @CCIW_Athletics Tournament over Aurora with 6 individual champs.

Huge thanks to everyone showing love for the #CardinalCollective! Your support is fueling this idea to help our student-athletes, coaches, and programs. As a proud alum (BS '14, MS '19), former wrestler & bowling coach, let's keep the momentum rolling! If interested, DMs open.
I am in the exploratory phase of launching an outside donor group to North Central College Athletics! As a D3 powerhouse, our Cardinals deserve top-tier support. The goal will be to support Student-Athletes, Coaches and the general operating fund for Cardinal Athletic programs.
D3 North Central won the NCAA Women’s All Division title with victories over Iowa and McKendree that came down to the final match. The Cardinals finished second from 2023-25 before notching their first title in 2026.
A stunner in Cedar Falls - as #1 Iowa falls to #4 seed North Central in the National Duals semifinals.
Up 3 entering the final bout, Jaycee Foeller was thrown & pinned by Dasia Yearby - giving the Cardinals a dramatic 23-21 win.
Jan. 10, 2026 - the 1st loss in program history.
If there are any alumnus, parents, family/friends and Naperville community members that would like to be part of this process, please feel free to reach out. #RollCards
