@LvilleL1C4 You’re gonna look back on this & realize it’s way out of line lol questionable character yes but he’s not a disgrace to basketball. Creating contact is part of the game, has been for a long time. My coach would tell us to drive and get fouled. He does that the entire game.
@SonofManwithus We criticize the entire dogmatic thinking which allows the blind acceptance of both. Putting words in people’s mouths which you don’t interact with or understand, isn’t evidence. Considering how much your god interacts with people, it’s not surprising you follow suit.
@BeetleJcy@alpine_bruce@wendelltalks It falls apart immediately. Genesis didn’t happen, earth isn’t 7000 years old and humans weren’t there at its ‘creation’. 0 reason for Jesus to die, sin never existed. And of course, the world didn’t end. I still can’t believe so many people buy this nonsense.
@TaylorLewan77 He clearly has possession, how else is he able to end the play palming the ball with one hand? These ridiculous microsecond disputes of possession have ruined the game since they invented this with Calvin Johnson. Stupidest rules imaginable, and they are just that, imaginary.
@FreeBirdJen @CFBONFOX You mean like planting a flag and doing actually damage to the other opponents playing surface? Remember MI players tearing up the grass at spartan stadium on their logo before the game? The arrogance of Ann Arbor never ceases to astound me 😂
@Mil0frrr@Cherriz3706611@heyitsmeCarolyn But the consensus among scholars, even Muslim scholars, is verse 29, given the open ended imperative in the original Arabic, means fight until… suggesting future fighting. It does contradict verses like 2:190 - fight those who fight you - but the scholars say it overrides 2:190
@Mil0frrr@Cherriz3706611@heyitsmeCarolyn The only reason I’m engaging people about these verses, is because they’re still used today by Muslims to read the Quran literally a call to genocide. & just reading it, I can see why. With context, I can also see why people want to believe it’s time constrained, or self defense
@Mil0frrr@Cherriz3706611@heyitsmeCarolyn I’m sorry man, I believe we were lied to as children, as our parents were lied to as children & so on. I don’t think a god told Muhamed or Jesus anything at all. If you read into the control it gives government, it all unravels when you consider the certain scientific evidence.
@Mil0frrr@Cherriz3706611@heyitsmeCarolyn people thinking this up, because there’s now no reason to even suggest god existed to do this, or lie about it. Exodus didn’t happen (and god kills thousands of innocent Egyptian babies? Babies seriously?) Except it’s told first person this time. And we have them red handed.
@Mil0frrr@Cherriz3706611@heyitsmeCarolyn I am atheist. I can’t disprove god, I just have certain evidence that leads me to not to accept this version of him. One thing you do know for certain though, if you allow yourself to accept it: when your brain stops activating, you experience absolutely nothing. Think surgery.
@Mil0frrr@Cherriz3706611@heyitsmeCarolyn You told me I was fucking ignorant, and you know full well from the conversation that’s not true, I do know what happened. I know Christians attacked people in the region as well.
