So Goats response to me getting 2 different size shoes is become a salesman on their app and sale them to someone else to take advantage of them!

@goatapp Goat sent me 2 different size shoes. A left 5 and a right 7 and won’t correct their error! Authentication my behind. How could shoes be validated if they aren’t taken out the box, which is visibly noticeable!

@goatapp Refund my money!!I am incredibly upset with my recent experience with your company. I ordered a pair of shoes at Christmas and my daughter just unboxed them. The shoes are 2 different sizes. One shoe is a Youth 7 and the other a Youth 5.
