A great way to wrap the school year by successfully facilitating 4 days of OGAP Multiplicative Reasoning PD. Ts were building their capacity through several poster sessions, analyzing student work, and planning next instructional steps. @NealBlueCrabs@ogap_math
Ms H invited me to art with Kindergarten today. They were so excited to show me the stamps with different shapes they made. They added ten dots of ten different colors. Just for fun they counted by tens to tell me they added 100 dots to their artwork. ❤️🦀 @NealBlueCrabs
We’ve been having so much fun in Kindergarten discussing and sorting shapes. They even justified which shape doesn’t belong. I’m so proud of them. 🦀❤️@NealBlueCrabs
Our Blue Crabs are busy at work. 2nd graders are playing What’s Behind My Back and Check it Off. 4th graders are using their tiles and grid paper to determine the area of different rectangles. Loving all of the hands on math we have going on! ❤️@NealBlueCrabs
These Ts did an awesome job using pattern blocks, cuisenaire rods, and fraction tiles to solve problems and prepare for an upcoming fraction unit. @NealBlueCrabs
Hi Blue Crabs of Character! Wear your blue crab pride on Monday, Oct 5th, to kick off National Bullying Prevention Monday #standupspeakout#stopthebullying
After the storms today we had to get out. So proud of the conversation and patterns these girls noticed. (Pre K and 1st grade) So much fun to play on a huge 100 board! ❤️ @NealBlueCrabs
