Wow! No one has come to even look at the pole yet, after waiting for almost 8 hours I get this text. This is how you treat your customers, claiming to attend the complaint when in reality you haven't even taken a peek.
Great work MPKVVL!
(2) I raised a complaint for a power outage at my residence today. It's been over 6 hours, forget the solution; no one has come to even look at it. I have called several more times to escalate the issue but no one has yet come.@jabalpurdm@Energy_MPME@jbpcommissioner please help
(1) Sir, Can you please tell me why a complaint of power outage takes minimum 6-8 hours of time for the lineman to visit the site of cause and assess the issue. Not to mention the time taken to resolve the issue is altogether different. @Energy_MPME@jbpcommissioner@jabalpurdm
@RailMinIndia@PiyushGoyal @SureshAngadi_ The people who actually needs to listen to this aren't on twitter sir! Please acquire another medium to make people know this.
