They seem to be making me running around in circles. After doing what they recommend, and providing screenshots, they suggest the same thing.
Having an issue with Amazon refund for a MONTH now! @amazonIN@AmazonHelp@amazon Calling your customer support has led to nothing. They keep asking me to "reconnect as they are unable to do anything". Email to [email protected] has no replies. Please refer to screenshot!

1. Called customer service for a month. They've connected me to specialist teams several times. Nobody has helped. 2. Specialist teams tell me ticket is still open. And they cannot do anything further. 3. YOU send me chat links. 4. Chat tells me to call Customer Service.
@AmazonHelp Return was completed on August 10th! There was a system error from your end stating my refund was already credited on Jan 8th! This is clearly visible on your app.
