Despite following up multiple times and escalating the issue with one of my order on social media, I was not provided with any resolution for my 7-day exchange offer. My money has been stuck with you guys for 13 days now
IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 1 N HALF MONTH NOW SINCE I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP ON THIS ISSUE.
THE ISSUE IS NOT YET RESOLVED, BUT NO ONE FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS RESPONDING OR ATTENDING TO THE ISSUE.

@flipkartsupport No, the 'Sell-Back' option your team has provided has a technical issue, and I am not able to use it.
Your team is highly unprofessional, they stop responding and disconnect the phone. Refund my money.

This is regarding one of my order (with exchange).
It has been 10 days since the new product was delivered but the exchange product(old) hasn't been picked up.
I have followed up with customer support multiple times, but I am not getting any solution.
@flipkartsupport No, your team is not actively working on it. I have been following up with them for a week now. They do not have any updates on this issue.
