It is only when women do this that it is tagged jealousy and male centeredness. As some who has worked in one of the largest HIV facilities in Nigeria. PLEASE COME TO ME AS A WOMAN, COME TO ME AS A MAN, AS A CAT 🙏🏾
That was how a distant relative’s husband was very popular in Manuwa hostel UNEC, because he would frequent hostel and pose as a single man looking for a wife. Meanwhile his wife was heavily pregnant at home. Told my mum about it and she says if I ever say anything to my relative, I would be accused of jealousy and wanting the man
Well she gave birth and her baby has SYPHILITIC TEETH
I was actually one of the nurses on duty that day, and I can confirm every word. In fact, the moment she walked into the labor ward, we immediately realized this wasn’t going to be like every other delivery we’d spent years training for. We threw away the fetal monitor, the partograph, the blood pressure cuff, the IV cannula, the emergency trolley, and every obstetrics textbook because, as it turns out, all those things were completely unnecessary.
She simply walked to the bed, looked at the baby and said, “Come out.” The baby respectfully complied within minutes. No contractions to monitor, no cervical examinations, no assessment of fetal position, no concern about the size of the baby or the mother’s pelvis. Apparently none of that has ever mattered. We have all been wasting our time.
Immediately after the delivery, the hospital called an emergency meeting. Every obstetrician, midwife, anesthetist and pediatrician was informed that decades of medical training had been based on misinformation. We have now concluded that prolonged labor, obstructed labor, postpartum hemorrhage, shoulder dystocia, eclampsia, emergency C-sections and maternal mortality only happen because women failed to renew their gym memberships.
We’ve also contacted medical schools worldwide to remove Obstetrics & Gynecology from their curriculum. Future doctors will no longer learn about parity, cervical dilation, fetal distress, induction of labor, breech presentation, placenta previa, uterine rupture, or any of those outdated concepts. The only lecture remaining is “Stay Fit and Tell the Baby to Come Out.”
We’ve gone a step further and written to the World Health Organization, ACOG, RCOG and every maternity hospital across the globe to stop wasting resources on labor wards. Apparently the solution to childbirth has been sitting in a gym all along.
On behalf of every doctor, nurse, midwife, researcher, and every woman who has ever experienced a difficult or traumatic labor, we sincerely apologize for not realizing sooner that childbirth is actually a fitness competition. Thank you, sir, for correcting centuries of medical science with one tweet. We are forever indebted to you.
Dear Blessing,
I just came across your tweet, and it truly inspired me.
To graduate with a First Class in Mathematics from UNILORIN and then earn a fully funded Master's admission in Italy is an extraordinary achievement. You have demonstrated excellence and the promise that exists in so many young Nigerians.
No young person who has worked this hard should have such an opportunity limited by the cost of getting there. It would be my privilege to support your journey by covering what is left in the cost of your relocation.
@nancy_i_i from my office will reach out to you today.
Congratulations once again. Go, excel, and continue to make Nigeria proud.

Pls help speak up.
On what frank said, people really need to stop normalizing bad behavior with gender based excuses. Presenting male infidelity as normal while judging women for it is a clear double standard lol. It is toxic double standards being normalized as intelligence.
Adultery is adultery. Betrayal is betrayal. If loyalty matters in a relationship, then it should apply to both men and women equally. Men are not wired differently in a way that suddenly removes accountability or morality from their actions. A grown man should be responsible for his choices instead of hiding behind tired narratives that excuse infidelity.
And let’s be honest, many men completely lose their minds when they are cheated on because they cannot handle a taste of the same pain they casually expect women to endure silently. That alone exposes the double standard.
Women also have every right to leave a marriage or relationship on the grounds of adultery. Nobody is obligated to tolerate repeated disrespect because society keeps telling them 'that’s just how men are'. No, it is how some men choose to behave, and choices have consequences.
What even happened to the male morality? Is it that it's only women that should be morally upright? Why not do unto others what you want to be done to you? You know that cheating hurts when it's been done to you, why do it to your partner?
Y'all should be more careful with the ideas you push, especially to younger generations. We should be teaching young men discipline, integrity, emotional maturity, and accountability, not giving them excuses for selfish behavior. Everybody needs to do better tbh.
Anything wey make me birth another child, make Una come collect my prick.
If you stay with your kids at least for 1 day or two as a man,
Maka Chukwu you won’t be giving birth anyhow.
I didn’t go to the office today and I said let me spend time with my boy.
Anything on the floor goes straight to his mouth. If I wasn’t there, he would have eaten like five coc*roach.
Those people with 5 to 6 kids how do you do it.
baby Boys were created differently mehn.
My brother stopped sending money home three months ago.
That was the first time in eight years.
And the first thing my family did was talk.
My uncle said: "This boy is forming in America. He has forgotten us."
His wife who's in Nigeria had a baby last month.
He wasn't there for the naming ceremony.
People were already talking about that too.
Then his wife called my aunt to explain what happened.
Turned out my brother had been saving for six months for a flight home.
Unexpectedly, his landlord increased the rent, so he had to choose.
My aunt said: "But couldn't he have borrowed? Is he not in America?"
Last week, I asked my younger sister if she'd heard from him.
She said: "Yes. I send him something small every month."
I paused. "You do?"
She said: "Just around $20, though. I know it's nothing. I just didn't want him to feel alone."
I wasn't expecting that at all.
While the rest of the family was busy talking about him and judging him, my little sister was quietly showing up for him.
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un.
When a Yoruba person says it you know it's because somebody died.
With arewa people, it can be anything from somebody dying to them forgetting beans on fire.
My friend lost his wife this afternoon around noon.
We took the wife to the hospital together because he had to sit with her at the back while I drove them to the hospital.
She was energetic even joking with her husband that he was too afraid, the ride to the hospital was fun because I was enjoying the conversations.
While we were in the hospital, they rushed her into the labour room and suddenly we started hearing she was having difficulty giving birth and that they would need at least 4 pints of blood.
We got the amount of blood that was needed,as at that time my friend had already spent over 3million naira on bills and other things in the hospital, because the hospital is one of the best in Abuja.
We were outside waiting for the good news when the doctor came and met me and my friend telling us they tried everything but she died.
My friend almost fainted, I was holding him, then I asked the doctor what about the baby,he said the baby is alive but in the incubator.
This was how we lost a very energetic, playful and lively lady.
My friend has not said a word up till this moment I'm typing this.
We all are just here for him, none of us knows what to even say to him.
Right now we are just here for him.
May God keep protecting our women during child birth.
