In 1 month processing time at Vermont center increased from 4.5 months to 6.5 months.
If the load is more than offload it to national center.

583,000 H1B as per uscis, paying min $500 in renewal fee every 3 yr which is $97 million yearly. So that is $182million/yr discounting H4, premium processing, & transfers.
