This past weekend, Christy ran the open mile at the Run Unbridled Track Fest in Fairfax, VA at George Mason University. She set an 18-second PR with a time of 6:10! Her previous PR in the track mile was 6:28 @ last month's Down The Stretch Track Fest.

Remy walked out of Druid Hill Park with a PR of 1:22:49 (8:17min/mi) and Christy ran a course PR of 1:23:44 (8:22min/mi).

WAS A WONDERFUL GLOBAL RUNNING DAY FOR ALL WHO CELEBRATED 🌐

The Hawks flew to, and through, Patterson Park yesterday for the Global Running Day Crew Challenge. The team, comprised of 43 runners, tallied 193.92 miles - finishing 8th amongst 63 Baltimore run crews & clubs!

Successful Sunday long run this past weekend, as the team visited NCR for a 7-mile workout. The run marked the longest distance Royce has covered to-date!

This past weekend, Beth and her mom ran the National Women’s 8K in Washington, D.C. It was Ms. Freeman’s first time racing, and a PR for Beth in the 5K!

This past weekend, Christy ran the Ellicott City 10K. She finished with a time of 47:46 (7:42min/mi) - finishing 9th overall and 2nd amongst women! 🏆
