If you didn't know by now, all our Civil Enforcement Officers can check a #BlueBadge at the roadside.
They do this to find this sort of abuse of the scheme;
A badge used recently, cancelled in 2023, following the death of the badge holder.

First off, this van was involved in a housing clearance. I accept that it is hard work. But blocking the pavement like this and endangering pedestrians?
Not sure if I should report or not. (Which is a first)
West Ealing Cycle Lane. 15.40hrs.
Children are obviously cycling home from school at this time. When is @ealingparking@EalingCouncil and @deirdrecostigan going tackle these illegally parked cars in the cycle lane everyday?
What I don't get is, if deliverers like this @DHLParcelUK driver are sure they're going to be quick, & if their employers are so convinced drop-offs won't inconvenience anyone, why not just park on the road you were driving on to do it rather than illegally block a bike lane?
Question to drivers. This car is parked on white zig zag lines virtually right on top of the crossing. Would you report them? Not only causing a danger to pedestrians, but other road users as well. Personally, I am more than happy to grass them up. So I did.
park like a twat --- this is what i got back from him That`s not the pavement - that's my driveway!! I was only parked a second... this is the video on youtube IT WAS ALL GOING SO WELL.. Stealth Van Camping In The Peak District
