“Authentic” Masala Chai Latte 😂 the guys at the Knightsbridge served me this “warm milk” w/ my open salmon baguette. After I paid by card to another staff& obtained a receipt Iwas stopped from leaving while manager checked if I had paid or not

@CostaCoffee Westfield Stratford’s staff are so rude. Customer service is non existent. Don’t go in early Monday morning it will ruin your day even more.
