Wow look at this SCAM!!! @cars24india@jagograhakjago@Cars24Support
Paid 26,000 for warranty for a year but nullified for no reason in 7 months. On what illogical basis are you cancelling my warranty without any refund. If this isn't daylight robbery then what is? Shameful
@Cars24Support You had mentioned that you will reach out to me to resolve my issue with your CARE+ plan. I have received no calls/texts so far. I have a huge bill for car service which should be ideally covered by the warranty plan purchased for ₹26,000 @cars24india@Cristiano
Such bad experience with @cars24india@Cars24Support. Do not purchase their Care+ plan. They will make make sure you can’t claim it by hidden rules.
Use that money to service your vehicle from elsewhere. Their customer service is pathetic
@Cars24Support You can take all the time you want but the last thing I want to hear is that this cannot be resolved in my favor. I am not giving away free cash to anyone. @Cars24Support
SCAM!!! by @cars24india@Cars24Support@vikramchopra
Purchased a 26k warranty plan for a year and within 8 months it has become invalid with their great book of hidden rules. This is horrible experience for customer who trusted their service. Please return back my money!!
@cars24india@vikramchopra You should probably change Care+ to Scam+, this is totally unacceptable after paying 26000 rupees and then you bring your big book of hidden conditions.
Scam by @cars24india
They forced me to purchase ₹26,000 Care+ plan for one year warranty and now when the time has come to avail it, they are making up hidden conditions and statements.
I had purchased the plan for situations like and they are making excuses. SCAM ALERT!!!
@cars24india The Care+ plan comes with a annual service option which I requested when my car had hit 10,000 kms which was suggested by their team but now they are saying it should be within 6 months.
All these unreliable service is really upsetting. BIG SCAM @cars24india@Cars24Support
Hi @cars24india, my mobile number has been changed and now Im not able to request for service. Tried to contact the customer service but Im not able to reach you guys. Please help
The executive just cut the call without explaining in detail. This is how you treat your customers? This is beyond disgusting. The executive was rude and arrogant. @ICICILombard
Shameless from @ICICILombard. Rejecting claims citing 14 year old accident that has nothing to do with current treatment proved by the doctor and then being arrogant on call. @ICICIBank_Care You guys should be ashamed of yourself. @MumbaiPolice
@ICICILombard Shameless people. Do not buy their insurance. You will never get your claims. Rejected my brother’s claim citing 14 years old accident which has nothing to do with meningitis treatment. This was proved by the doctor
My brother is in ICU at Lilavati Hospital Mumbai with bacterial meningitis, yet @ICICILombard is denying cashless claim citing a 2011 accident (14 yrs ago!) as “pre-existing disease.”
This is harassment while he fights for his life.
@irdaindia please act.
#InsuranceFraud
@ICICILombard stop harassing families in crisis.
My brother is fighting for his life.
You’re denying claims with baseless excuses & zero proof.
Tagging @irdaindia — this needs urgent action.
#InsuranceFraud#ICICILombard
My brother is in ICU at Lilavati Hospital with bacterial meningitis, and instead of helping, @ICICI_Lombard is harassing us & denying his cashless claim citing a 14 year old accident that has nothing to do with his current treatment. @irdaindia
Claim No: 110100911496
Facts ICICI is ignoring:
2011 accident ≠ Meningitis (doctor’s letter proves this).
IRDAI & ICICI’s own rules: PED disclosure = last 48 months only.
No link between 2011 RTA & 2025 meningitis.
Yet they refuse to give rejection in writing. @ICICILombard
Despite the treating doctor Dr. C.C. Nair clearly stating hospitalization was essential, ICICI rejected the claim.
Their excuses:
1.“This is related to a 2011 accident (14 yrs ago)”
2.“Pre-Existing Disease not disclosed.”
Both are FALSE.
On 17 Aug, my brother was rushed to Lilavati with severe headache → ICU.
Diagnosis: Bacterial Meningitis.
On 18 Aug, I applied for cashless.
On 19 Aug, ICICI asked: “Why hospitalization? Why not OPD?”
For a patient in ICU! This is how they put profit over humanity.
