@ourlves @WagleforKansas Most people in "poverty" won't be eligible for this program because they make too much. I think the math comes to 25 hours a week at 7.25 to reach the cap. Work more than that and you're no longer eligible. Same thing happened with ObamaCare. Your argument is a fallacy
