Ladies and gentlemen,

I now know the date PMP filed the motion against the Lokoja FHC judgment.

Peter Obi joined the NDC on May 3rd, 2026, and on May 5th, 2026, they filed the motion.

This is another pointer to the fact that some people are very scared of Mr. Peter Obi. Some people want to run unopposed or against weak opponents.

Mind you, it means that the motion was filed 5 months after the judgment. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court had maintained that even when such a motion is to be filed, it has to be done in a timely manner.

May these people not use their greed and mess up our democracy.
