July 1 is the hard MiCA deadline in the EEA. After that, unauthorized crypto asset service providers aren't in a gray area, they're in violation of EU law.

@krakenfx is one of the few pre-MiCA registrants to convert to full CASP authorization, via the Central Bank of Ireland, and stays open after July 1. If your provider can't say the same, that's a counterparty risk, not just a product-access gap.

@IrishRail is there a plan to solve for the southbound dart issues from Malahide? Yesterday the 8:08 was simply cancelled and this morning the 8:28 is currently 10 mins behind schedule. These issues have only become frequent since the recent change to northern trains.
